Starship Entertainment, the agency behind SISTAR and K-Will, has announced further details regarding their upcoming boy band!

On March 23rd, the label shared a photo of two identical twin brothers, who will be members of their upcoming ‘Boy Friend’ boy band. Named YoungMin and KwangMin, the ‘pretty boy’ twins have already caught the attention of music fans for their anime-like looks.

The first member of Boy Friend, Noh Min Woo, was unveiled through K-Will’s music video for “I Can’t Find the Words” earlier this week. The group has experience acting as K-Will’s back dancers for his appearance on “Quiz That Changes the World” in January.

This six-member boy band will debut next month!

[Video] No Min Woo featured in K-Will's Can't Open Up My Lips

On March 22nd, singer K-Will released the music video for his second title track, “Can't Open Up My Lips”, which features IU and a special Starship Entertainment trainee.While part one of the music video series, "My Heart Is Beating", ended on a happy note with IU and MBLAQ’s Lee Joon realizing their love for one another, part two reveals the sad story behind a young boy who carried his love for IU like an unwavering sunflower.

Ever since the music video’s release, netizens have been spotlighting the cute boy, which led Starship Entertainment to reveal that he was in fact a trainee by the name of Noh Min Woo.He had previously headlined as K-Will’s back dancer on “Quiz That Changes the World,” and is also a part of Starship’s upcoming boyband.

[News + Video] Starship Entertainment to debut a male group by next month

SISTAR’s agency, Starship Entertainment, has just announced that they’re preparing to debut a new male group for next month!

The secret male group was once revealed on MBC’s “Quiz That Changes the World”. At the time, they had appeared as K-Will’s back dancers, and wore masks that covered their faces.

The members are rumored to be Jo Young Min, Jo Kwang Min, Yun Ho, TNT, and No Min Woo. Jo Young Min and Jo Kwang Min both made appearances in SISTAR’s music videos, while YunHo rapped at K-Will’s concert; meanwhile, TNT was chosen at an audition in Thailand, and No Min Woo had a cameo on MBC’s daily sitcom, “All My Love”.

A representative stated, “We are currently preparing a male group and have finished recording their album’s title track. They will debut by end April, but we have yet to decide on their name or the total number of members. We’ve noticed the rumors about how the group would have seven members, but we’re considering 5 or 6. They will definitely be different from the other male groups in the market.”
